Overview

The section is thoughtfully structured based on the registration pathway relevant to the supports and services you intend to provide as an NDIS Provider (refer to the Getting Started page).

Verification Pathway

Providers requiring a Verification registration pathway typically offer lower complexity and lower-risk supports and services. If all selected registration groups fall under the Verification module category, you will be eligible for the Verification audit pathway. Below, you will find the package to meet the NDIS Practice Standards for the Verification Module.

NDIS Verification Package

This package includes all the documentation you need to pass your Verification Audit. The templates come in an easy-to-edit version (MS Word and Excel) that you shall modify according to the size and scale of your organisation and the scope and complexity of supports delivered.

Certification Pathway

Providers requiring a Certification registration pathway provide more complex or higher-risk supports and services. If any of the selected registration groups fall under the Core Module or Supplementary Module (Module 1, 2, 2A, 3, 4 or 5) categories, your will need to undertake the Certification audit pathway. Below you will find the different packages to meet the NDIS Practice Standards for Core Module and any applicable Supplementary Modules (Module 1, 2, 2A, 3, 4 or 5):

NDIS Certification Package (Core Module)

This package includes all the documentation you need to pass your Certification Audit for Core Module. The templates come in an easy-to-edit version (MS Word and Excel) that you shall modify according to the size and scale of your organisation and the scope and complexity of supports delivered.
