NDIS Application Submission Service

Registration Application & Self-Assessment, Submitted For You

Submit Your NDIS Application Right the First Time

Your answers on the NDIS Commission Portal set your Initial Scope of Audit. A wrong registration group or self-assessment response can mean a bigger audit or a costly resubmission. We submit your application and self-assessment on your behalf, so the step that shapes your whole audit and registration process is done right.

How it Works

What This Service Does

Submitting your registration application on the NDIS Commission Portal is one of the highest-stakes steps in becoming a registered provider.

Create Your myID Account

Follow our detailed guide to set up your myID account. This is the essential first step, since myID is how you access the NDIS Commission Applications Portal.

Authorise Portal Access

With your myID account set up, complete and return the Account Access Authorisation Form so we can act on your behalf during the application process.

Send Us Your Information

We'll request the business details needed to complete your application, including the NDIS supports you're applying for, and your self-assessment answers.

Schedule Your Submission

Once everything is received, we coordinate with you to schedule the submission at a date and time that suits your availability.

Applications Portal Access

Accessing the portal to submit requires a verification code. We arrange a convenient time with you for the code handover, so the submission runs without delays.

Scope Issued

After submission, we obtain your Initial Scope of Audit and recommend an NDIS auditor. You engage your chosen auditor directly and move into the audit stage.

WHO THIS IS FOR

Is This Service Right for You?

If submitting your registration application correctly matters to you, and you’d rather not navigate the NDIS Commission Applications Portal alone, this service handles it.

Application Scope Guidance

Before submission

What’s included:

  • Registration group selection: We help you identify the registration groups that match your qualifications, experience, and the services you intend to provide.
  • Team qualifications considered: Your team members’ qualifications count too. We factor them in so your application reflects your organisation’s full capability.
  • Scope accuracy: The right groups mean your Initial Scope of Audit

Application Submission

The submission

What’s included:

  • Submitted on your behalf: We will complete and submit your registration application on the NDIS Commission portal, scheduled at a time that suits you.
  • Samples and guides for your answers: You provide your own self-assessment answers. Our samples and guides show you what strong answers look like.
  • Coordinated and verified: We work with you on portal access authorisation and the verification code step, so the submission goes through without delays.

Auditor Recommendation

After submission

What’s included:

  • Initial Scope of Audit obtained: After submission, we obtain the document that outlines the NDIS Practice Standards your organisation will be audited against.
  • Approved quality auditor recommended: We recommend a reputable approved quality auditor suited to your registration groups. You engage them directly.
  • Ready for audit quotes: With your Initial Scope of Audit in hand, you can request audit quotes straight away and keep your registration moving.

Correct Scope Guarantee

We assess and confirm your registration scope against your business goals, intended services, and eligibility for those supports before submission, so your scope is right from the beginning, not corrected through a costly resubmission later. We also help you maximise your scope across the NDIS services you're eligible for, so you avoid paying for an out-of-cycle audit to add them down the track (T&Cs apply).

FAQs

Have Questions?

How long will it take to submit my application?

Once we receive your business information, registration scope details and self-assessment answers, we aim to schedule your submission within 10 business days. Your submission timing depends on receiving complete information and your availability to provide the verification code when required.

Yes. We help you identify the NDIS registration groups that match your qualifications, your team’s qualifications, and the supports and services your organisation intends to provide. This helps ensure your Initial Scope of Audit reflects the services you are eligible and equipped to deliver.

No. We provide samples and guides, but we cannot write the self-assessment answers for you. As per NDIS Commission guidelines, you must be substantially involved in preparing your application and associated documents, including your self-assessment answers. Your application must accurately represent your organisation and key personnel. Your responses must be specific to your organisation and must not be a direct copy of our sample answers.

After submission, we obtain your Initial Scope of Audit, which outlines the NDIS Practice Standards your organisation will be audited against. We then recommend a couple of Approved Quality Auditors, so you can obtain different audit quotes and engage the NDIS auditor that best suits your business needs and budget. You engage your chosen auditor directly to begin the audit stage.

Yes. Once your Initial Scope of Audit is issued, we’ll recommend a couple of Approved Quality Auditors, so you can request different audit quotes and choose the auditor that best suits your needs. We provide recommendations only and do not appoint or engage the auditor on your behalf. You engage your chosen auditor directly.

This service includes one submission of your NDIS provider registration application. If another submission is required later, for example, to correct business details such as ABN, change your services or update your scope, additional fees apply.

No. This service covers one application submission only. NDIS provider registration is attached to the ABN used in the application. If you change your business structure and receive a new ABN, for example, moving from sole trader to company, this is treated as a new legal entity and requires a new application and self-assessment submission. That new submission is not included in this service, and additional fees apply.

Changing your Initial Scope of Audit may require another application or an application for variation of registration, which incurs additional fees.

Once we have commenced work on your registration application submission process, including the pre-application stage where we review your proposed registration scope and provide guidance, all fees paid become non-refundable. See our Terms and Conditions.

This service must be used within six (6) months from the order date. If the service is not used within that period, it expires and is non-refundable and non-extendable, as set out in our Terms and Conditions.

Yes. Every Platinum package already includes the NDIS registration application submission service, along with done-for-you documentation and full audit support. This service is for providers who want only the submission handled, rather than full Platinum support.
