How many reviews are included?

The One-Off Pre-Audit Review includes one comprehensive review. The Annual Plan includes up to four reviews across a 12-month period, with a maximum of one review per quarter. Additional reviews outside your purchased plan are charged separately.

The One-Off is a single review, ideal for providers preparing for an upcoming new, renewal, or recertification audit. The Annual Plan gives you up to four reviews across 12 months, with a maximum of one per quarter. It is best for providers who want ongoing compliance assurance throughout the year.

No. Each review is conducted 100% remotely as a desktop review. There is no site visit, and you do not need to be present. We review the documentation you provide and deliver our findings in your report.

No. The Pre-Audit Review is a remote desktop review based on the documentation you provide. It is not an external audit and does not replace an NDIS audit conducted by an Approved Quality Auditor. Its purpose is to find compliance gaps so you can address them before an NDIS auditor does.

Once you have uploaded your documentation and confirmed it is complete, we schedule and conduct your remote review within 10 business days, or earlier if required to accommodate your upcoming audit schedule, where possible.

You will receive your Review Report within 3 to 4 business days after the review is conducted. The report outlines the compliance gaps identified, areas for improvement, and practical recommendations to help you strengthen your systems before your audit.

After purchase, you will receive an email with instructions on how to securely share your NDIS documentation through a cloud-based shared folder. This includes your current policies and procedures, forms, registers, HR files, insurance certificates, and participant files. Once you confirm that all documentation has been uploaded, we will schedule your review.

If we identify missing documents, we will clearly outline them in your report and explain what needs to be addressed before your external audit. Depending on the findings, we can provide support through our NDIS Documentation Packages, which may include the missing documents you require. If you do not need a full package, we can also supply individual documents or a small selection of documents tailored to your needs. Additional fees apply for any NDIS documentation or templates provided.

Yes, where you have participant authorisation to share their documents. If participant authorisation is not in place, those files should still be gathered, organised, and ready for review by your NDIS auditor.
